ABOUT ME ...

I was born (1977) and raised  in Belgium, where I studied History of Art, while being creative such as in painting, drawing, decorating.. 2007 I moved to Switzerland with my husband and we got 3 wonderfull daughters. Once the kids went to school I found back the time as well as the drive to start painting again. By following some classes I dicovered the magic world of faces. Starting with the main proportions, personalising by adding colour and emotions. Althought I do like to try out new materials and techniques, I meanwhile developed my own style, between abstract and realistic. I like to refer to my figures as “ silent ladies”. Each  of my women is catched in a moment, reflecting a certain emotion, and radiating both peace and strenght.
